AW13 Coats I'm Loving Right Now!

1. £25-Asda 2.£85-Topshop 3.£65-River Island 4.£35-H&M 5.£35-H&M

You've probably noticed that all these coats bar one are either black, grey or a mixture of both! The truth is that no matter what you wear, black and grey just goes with everything although you can't see whats underneath anyway. I just like to know that I can throw on a coat without looking mix-matched in any way.

Saying that though I've really been getting into the colour orange which I never thought would happen but I really like coat no.2 even though it's quite out of my price range!

There's quite a few coats I like from Primark but unfortunately I couldn't find them to show :(.

I must say this year I adore the wooly sort of mid-length coats.
I do prefer coats with hoods like no.1 but there's no harm in chucking a brolly in your bag is there!

Autumn/Winter Wish List #1

Autumn Winter Wishlist #1

Autumn/Winter is my favourite time of year for fashion. I wear a lot of dark colours anyway, mainly blacks and greys but I feel like it's the perfect excuse, although I am trying to add in a bit of colour here and there.

The top and bag are both from Primark. I don't know how much the top is because I don't think it's actually out in the shops yet till it's officially Autumn however the bag is out and it's £12. The geometric-ness of the top drew me to it and it has the dark maroon colour, which is my favourite fall colour to wear.
As I pretty much always wear black I thought I would change it up and really like the bright blue version they have of the bag. I feel like it would add that pop of colour to any outfit and would really stand out.

The blouse is from H&M and costs £12.99. I would never have imagined me wanting a blouse but after seeing Sammi (BeautyCrush) styling one, it made me want one in my wardrobe for those days when you want to dress it up a bit but still look casual at the same time. I feel it would look amazing with jeans and maybe a statement necklace, you can also easily layer this up for the colder days.

These pair of two-tone jeans are from River Island and are priced at £35. Although in my eyes thats a bit pricey, I do really like the concept of the two-tone and I don't think I've seen this style of jean before.

I do admire a nice pair of boots, especially for the Autumn/Winter time and I've had my eye on these New Look ones, on the left, for a while now. They are £29.99 but I am really hoping the go on sale sometime soon and when/if they do I will be snatching them up. The second pair on the right are amazing biker boots from H&M and are £29.99 also. They are available to buy on the website but I believe they are coming back into stores in October.

Is there anything on this Wish List that you wish you had? Or what is in your Wish List for Autumn/Winter?

Autumn leaves...

Pretty much every year I look forward to Autumn. It's when you start to throw on the cosy jumpers and drink hot chocolate with marshmallows.

I like the sound of the leaves crunching beneath your feet and when they start to change colour to the yellows, oranges, reds and browns, it looks so pretty. When I was little I would keep a scrapbook of all the different colours of leaves I found, it may seem sad but it's very true.

Burgundy clothing is my favourite thing to wear in Autumn and I also feel like its the time of year when you can get away with wearing dark make-up in the daytime which is my favourite kind of make-up, especially dark lipsticks.

Is there anything in particular you love about Autumn or what season is your favourite?
