So recently I picked up a few beauty things and you know when you go into Boots for cotton pads but get drawn in by the 3 for 2, yeah that happened and I ended up spending a stupid amount for pretty much two things but what can you do eh, it has to be done. So here is what I've purchased in more detail...

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation in Light Porcelain: When I spotted this I remembered that I'd heard a couple of good things about this foundation. I tested the colour first as usually no drugstore foundations cater to my immensely pale skin. Swatched on my hand it looked fine but when I got home I noticed it seemed very pink toned, more than the foundation I'm using now and my skin is neutral/yellow under toned. I'm hoping it will match if I give it a good blend.

Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner: I didn't know this existed until I watched a beauty haul yesterday. I think I prefer gel to liquid but have never been bothered to by the tubs and with the brush I thought it would just be hassle and be more time consuming. I'm quite excited about this as it seems quite straight forward which is great for me because I'm not that great at applying liner. It comes with a slanted nib which will hopefully make for easy application and you just click it up, wipe off any excess and you're good to go. I can't wait to try this out properly.

Rimmel 60 Second 'Round And Round The Garden': I've been wanting a muted green varnish for a bit now and when I spotted this in the corner of my eye I had to get it. I never thought I'd go for a green nail varnish as it's not really my colour but I think on the nails it will look really nice and prefect for spring!

Urban Decay Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette: After wanting this since before Christmas I finally picked it up a couple weeks back. I've used it every day since and I love it, I think the rose-hued shadows are really pretty. I have dupes for the Naked and Naked 2 but with this one being all new shadows, I wanted the real deal plus I'm in love with the way it looks.

Anything you like the look of? What are your recent beauty buys?
